The Gabba WS Jersey was designed based on input from the former Cervélo Test team to improve comfort in cold and wet conditions. Using a blend of high-tech fabrics to repel rain and promote breathability, this lightweight, aerodynamic garment hits the mark, keeping you dry and comfortable during the brutal Winter training months.
The main portion of the jersey is made from Windstopper® X-Lite Plus fabric. This stretchy, form fitting material delivers incredible wind and water protection without giving up moisture transfer. For the underarm areas, Castelli uses their highly breathable and water resistant NanoFlex Lycra, the same stuff used in their popular arm and leg warmers.

I road ride in Portland, OR all year around. Rain, wind and cold, no problem. I use this with the Castelli Nanoflex Arm warmers (water resistant). Depending on the temperature, I use either a short or long sleeve base layer. I was tired of rain shells flapping in the wind and feeling as wet on the inside as the outside the jacket. This is form fitting and stealthy silent in the wind.
