The Muni Helmet is packed with new features developed exclusively for the urban rider and boasts updated sizing for an even better fit. All this at a price that's a little easier on the wallet than your typical racing helmet.
The coolest thing about the Muni is the pair of rear LED flashers, which are integrated directly into the retention system for increased visibility after the sun sets. A built in rear light bracket is another thoughtful, visibility-increasing design feature. Both the front of the helmet and the rear bracket are shaped for a perfect fit with the Blackburn Flea LED Lights (not included).
Another neat addition is the removable Blade Visor which not only blocks out rays but repels rain and redirects water away from your field of vision thanks to a unique gutter system. The Muni is also compatible with the Metropolis Flip Mirror (sold separately), providing maximum visibility and seamless integration.
The tough in-mold shell ensures the durability you'd expect for any Bell product with added internal reinforcements for impact protection. OneStep Plus fit system offers easy adjustment on the fly, and the 21 port ventilation system lets in plenty of air.
