Our software automatically sends out an order confirmation email when the order
is received, and a ship notification email (if shipped via UPS) when the order is shipped. These emails are automatic and are sent by our server software. If you have spam blocking software that sends a return email and requires a response, you will
most likely not receive these confirmation emails. When you create a new account, you have the option of selecting how often you would like to receive our email newsletter (never, once a week, once every two weeks,
or once a month). You can change your email newsletter preferences by clicking on My Account. Each of our email newsletters also includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email which will allow you to quickly
change your email newsletter preferences.
