Some notable updates include Campy's new brake lever pivot placement, which provides ample leverage from the hoods and the drops alike, as well a dual pivot rear brake option for those seeking a little extra power. The shifting "feel" has also been improved with updated internals for crisp lever action and more positive click.
New XPSS chainrings provide faster and more accurate shifting up front, and the Ultra-Torque semi-axles have been lightened a bit without sacrificing strength. Overall, Campagnolo's second generation Record 11 Group makes an ideal option for the athlete who demands the very best, yet still places an emphasis on value.
